SEAL'D MAINTENANCE PROGRAM DETAILS
We can inspect your roof once or twice a year - once in the spring and once in the fall, or once a year at a time that works best for you. Inspection of the roof includes the following:
- Cleaning out all drains and gutters
- Removal of debris from the roof
- Resealing areas as needed
- Patching small repairs as needed
Our semi-annual inspections includes checking all penetrations, flashings, pitch pans and seams. We will also check for any damage or holes in the roof system that may have been caused by tradesmen working on other systems of the roof such as HVAC units or plumbing and draining systems, and we will patch small repairs for no additional charge. Large repairs taking longer than eight hours to perform, or significant damage caused by other parties will be an additional charge and a proposal for the work will be provided for approval.
Once every five years, a detailed infared inspection will be performed as part of the maintenance program to detect any potential deficiencies in the roof system allowing water intrusions. Repairs will be made as needed from the results of the infared inspection.
